*Most of my classes are offered in a “slow flow” style. These are not considered gentle yoga, but I DO try to offer plenty of description and modifications to make the class feel both challenging and safe for all. Bring your own mat and any props you may want to class. We cover movements that are standing, seated on floor, lying down in supine & prone positions, and we also work with movements on hands/knees and hands/feet. If you have questions about which class offerings may be best for you, feel free to call me to discuss. All are welcome!

The Spring semester of STLCC yoga classes begins on Jan 27th – April 14, 2025. There are two no-class dates scheduled on 3/15 & 3/31…sign up through STLCC if you haven’t done so yet, hope to see you there!
Friday Yoga Mini-Sessions at 11:30
- Friday 11:30 – 12:30 Recurring Mini-sessions
- Run in packages of 5, $40 for the package, or at a drop-in rate of $10. Cash preferred.
