Come join me for some yoga!!!
*Most of my classes are offered in a “slow flow” style. These are not considered gentle yoga, but I offer plenty of description/modification cues to meet you where you are and keep it comfortable for all. Bring your own mat and any props you may want to class. We’ll cover movements that are standing, seated on floor, lying down in supine & prone positions, and also work with movements on hands/knees and hands/feet. If you have questions about which class may be best for you, feel free to call me to discuss. All are welcome!

Monday Yoga Mini-Sessions at 1:30
STLCC continuing ed yoga begins next Monday 9/8, so drop-ins will not be available until this Fall semester has ended! I’ll updat info here once the 10 session semester has ended.
*The 1:30 Fa semester class is full, but the 12:15 still has availability – please spread the word if you have friends of loved ones that would like to enroll! The 12:15 is great for beginning yogis or those who prefer a bit slower pace than the 1:30 flow class.

*STLCC Meramec Session Classes at Affton
STLCC classes at the Affton Community Center will start back up in the Fall semester. Enrollment is open RIGHT NOW! It’s a 10 class series beginning on 9/8/25 and last day ends on 11/10/25.
